The Student Passport.

Copy of original report card from previous school for previous school year and for first term/semester of current school year (where applicable).

Copy of passport of sponsoring parent/guardian and Residence Visa (where applicable).

Student Health Information form.

Copy of the immunization report.

The original report card from previous school for previous school year and for first term/semester of current school year (where applicable In the case of student applicants from outside UAE)
Attested by the appropriate authorities in the county of origin which must include the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in that county. (Except students coming from USA, Canada, Europe and Scandinavian countries).

A Letter of Transfer attested by the appropriate authorities in the county of origin which must include the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in that county.
