Teachers should always promote a good atmosphere, act in a professional manner and be seen as role models by learners

they should behave in a calm, proffessional, authoritive way. Children should be treated equally and fairly (no favourites etc). Children should be afforded the same rights and respect as would be given to an adult. Their educational and personnal support needs should be met.
