This is a delicious dish. Spinach goes into a whole new flavor with cream and of course cheese.

Ingredients
1 kg Spinach
2/3 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup Double Cream
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onion and stir for about 5 minutes or until onion turns golden.
2. Add spinach and mushroom and stir for another 2-3 minutes. Add double cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add cheese and stir for another minute. Put in a serving platter and sprinkle another 2 tbsp cheese on top. Serve immediately.
