i need help in grammar

ممكن حد يترجم لي بالعربي يعني كيف هذه الجمل تنقال. لاني اجد صعوبه في فهمها بالعربي اعرف قواعدها بالانقلش لاني ما اعرف استخدمها في الكلام.

الجمل كالاتي:
1. Paul is very tired. She’s been working very hard.
2. She worked very hard.
3. She has painted the ceiling.
4. She has been painting the ceiling.
5. The house was dirty. They hadn’t cleaned it for weeks.

هاي معناتها " بول تعبانه جدا،لانها كانت تعمل بجد

يقصدون ب been انها قضت وقتها

2. She worked very hard.

هاي ال worked تستخدم للماضي

ف نترجمها بالعربي ( ماضي ) :
هي عملت بجد

3. She has painted the ceiling.

هاي الجمله بعد ماضي

" هي رسمت على السقف "

4. She has been painting the ceiling.

"هي كانت ترسم على السقف "

5. The house was dirty. They hadn’t cleaned it for weeks.

" البيت كان قذر , هم لم ينظفوه لبضعة أسابيع

" ان شاء الله اكون افدتج "

تسلمين يالغاليه ما قصرتي، سؤالي هل كل present perfect نفس المعني في الجمله. احسه وايييد ملعوزني present perfect.
