حبيبتي كان عملي رئيسة مكتب تدريب دولي في الجامعة اسمه IAESTE يمكن سمعتي عنه والطلاب لازم يعملوا بريزينتيشن فكان اول شي يجذبنا هو المقارنة البناءة وليس البدايات التقليدية
انت شوفي زميلاتج إش يحضرون وحاولي تبدعي بشي مختلف عنهم

I Need Your Help Please

مرحبا خواتي .. انا اعاني من مشكله في ويهي و عند صدري
كله يطلعلي حبوب صغار اللي هي الحبوب الدهنيه و رحت عند كذا دكتوره كله يعطوني غسول و ما نفع .. ف قررت اخذ ريكوتان.. الوالده عصبت علي قالتليحبوبج مب كبار تروحين تاخذين هالحبوب ويأثر عليج بعدين .. ف الحين ابا حد يساعدني لو ما عليكن امر ,,

هم الدكاتره يبتدون العلاج بالتدريج اول شي غسول وعقب مضادات حيويه وكريمات ولوشنات لو مافادج يعطونج ريكوتان

هيه ادري .. بس هو قالي بس بعطيج غسول و امتنعي عن الدهون .. و كل ما اروحله يقولي ما بعطيج شي غير الغسول

اختي بداية الويكيند او يوم الخميس بالليل احسن شي
اعجني حنا مع ماي دافي وشوية زيت زيتون مدفتنه مع الحبة السودة المطحونة
وحطيه على كامل جسمج وويهج بعد السبوح عادي على بشرة مبللة وخليه بس خمس دقايق وغسليه بس بالماي ونشفي عادي
لاتخافين مابيصبغ وايد بس شوي ث،، يومين ويروح
كرري كل ويكيند وان شاءالله بتشوفين تحسن

لا تاخذيها من نفسج
هذا العلاج مايصرف الا بوصفة دكتور
والدكتور قبل مايعطيه يسويلج تحاليل للكبد والكلى والكولسترول
جربي الرتن اي مقشر خفيف حلو للحبوب
